01 YOUR CHOICE – blend / 50g ♥ blended by ME : Siriia Katarína

Personal herbal blend – a companion on your inner journey ——- awareness is the beginning of change.

How we treat ourselves from then on gives that change real space to unfold. Each of us carries something within that we still need to understand, accept, process or gradually release.

Perhaps it is a long-suppressed emotion, inner tension, uncertainty or a wounded part of you that you have not yet been able to give enough attention to. I do not need to know your whole story.

Simply write a few words in your order notes about what you are currently sensing within yourself and which part of you you would like to offer more understanding, acceptance or a symbolic embrace*

Based on this, I will intuitively create a personal herbal blend for you that can become your everyday companion. Not to solve anything for you, but so that the moments you spend with it remind you that you can offer loving attention even to what is wounded within you. Because not everything we carry within us needs another battle.

Sometimes it simply needs our acceptance at last
