10 SELF-REGULATION * (this little tea blend was made for you by ME ♥ Siriia) 50g

Thank you to Ziana for the inspiration – the idea * of : ” How about creating a blend for self-regulation ” _ so I sat cross-legged on a chair and sensed them * how they taste _ what they can do _ I combined them in my mind * and found that connection among my 80 varieties that I work my magic with the character of the blend as a whole : the herbs in this combination work on three important levels:

—

Blood and blood vessels – nettle, shepherd’s purse, yarrow*

Nervous system and tension – wild thyme, cowslip*

Gentle detoxification and regeneration – calendula, elderflower*

With this blend, your body receives a signal:

~ calm down, come into harmony, find balance ~ ..

Let me also offer an affirmation, as I do with my blends:

“My body remembers balance • with every sip I return to my centre … “
